Generate a support case in the DZS Service Cloud

The DZS Service Cloud is your direct line to your personal DZS support. Case means support request and describes your technical request.

With the DZS Service Cloud you can enter technical inquiries and report malfunctions as well as follow the processing process online. You can also add further details to the case at a later time.

If you have a service contract with DZS, your inquiries will be processed according to the agreed response times.

To create a case, you must be registered and log into the DZS Service Cloud.
